I was looking for a gym where I could relax and exercise without anyone judging me from the time I walked through the doors and Push Fitness is that gym. As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.
I tried a lot of different weight loss and exercise programs after having kids, and working full time and nothing worked. My trainer, Keith, has been an awesome support in helping me with my goals. The work outs are just the right balance and never the same. Awesome trainers, workouts, and facility! So glad I decided to go here instead of the crowded gyms in 2020 and beyond. There is enough space to feel comfortable while working out. I wasn't getting what I needed by going to the gym by myself or at Orangetheory. This team does a great job of personalizing your workout for maximum results. I signed up for the 3 times a week package and it's easy to put in the work when you know you'll get results.
