We are always pleased with the care here. They are quick and efficient. It’s easy to get in and out when you make an appointment ahead of time.
Today, there was an issue with the system and our insurance wasn’t coming up. Ashanti at the front desk was very helpful and patient as we called the insurance company to verify. She was willing to work with us to resolve the issue and when we were able to, she got us right back onto the schedule. She was professional, and so kind. We are so grateful she was willing to help.
I would recommend this location to everyone.
The doctor and nurse were very nice and patience’s with me and every one who came thought the door. It’s welcoming when you come into faculty of the urgent care place. The first place I will be come the next time I feel ill. Keep up the good work. Your guys are awesome.
Such great people. They took the time to explain everything, super nice to talk to and deal with and actually felt comfortable. I have been to a couple other ones and this is my favorite one so far. Was in and out despite them being short staffed. Highly recommend will most likely make this place my go to instead of my usual.
