Brian from Phoenix Exteriors came out for a free estimate to check if I had Ice Dam damage from this winter. He said i did. He told me how it happens and what to do to prevent it. He checked my roof inside and out and said the roof is not a problem. He didn't try to sell me anything, just gave me the facts and advised I get the small amount of mold from the winter, cleaned up, which I did. He even had a recommendation for that.
