I came to get my daughters instrument fixed. We were looking at their trumpets and were interested in possibly purchasing a new one. One of the Hannah's helped us and spoke to us about an upcoming event. That was today. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pressuring at all. You can tell the staff cares and is very passionate about music.

My daughter in elementary school decided to try an instrument. All the other places in our area were sold out on rentals. music & Arts was busy and packed with parents. The people over the phone were super nice last week and my daughter was able to rent her instrument. Thank you for saving me time and money and making my daughter happy. I will definitely recommend you to other parents!

Clara was absolutely wonderful!!I had a really great experience- I haven’t touched a violin in six years and was a little nervous and shy about potentially renting one.Clara was so thoughtful and kind with walking me through the experience and the benefits and pros and cons. Not only did she take the time to walk me through the basics of being good to go, she tuned my violin!It was brand new and very loose so I would’ve not been able to do it at all by myself- and they were almost about to close but she had such a kind attitude and was very helpful and made sure that I was ready to go before setting me on my way.She is an absolute gem!!
