The Indian Dance School drove all the way out to Lake Geneva, WI. to give us an unforgettable performance and opportunity to learn about Kathak. They went above and beyond to get as many dancers as they could to attend to ensure the best experience... which they definitely provided. I would highly recommend them.
Gauri and her dancers performed at our Global Neighbors program on India last night, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group. Gauri introduced the regional history of dance and of Kathak dance in particular, and then she and her girls danced with grace and enthusiasm. They set the festive tone for the rest of the evening. I would recommend them for any event!
Gauri Jog and the Indian School of Dance performed at the DeKalb Public Library as part of our largest event of the year, 8 Countries in 1 Day. They were excellent! The event had over 1,100 people attend, and the most packed area of the library was the performance hall. Without the performances, including the Indian Dancers, the event would not have been nearly as successful. We strive to bring the culture of 8 different countries to our community on this day, and with the help of the Indian School of Dance, we achieved this. Gauri and her team were easy to work with and incredible at their art.
