Worst Great Clips I’ve ever been to. The haircut lady wouldn’t listen to what I was saying with my son’s haircut. She did what she wanted. So frustrating. Also, she was very rough with my son. He’s 3. She was not gentle or easy with him at all. A completely bad experience.
After being waved off by some new employee at Great Clips Remington Plaza, I called and spoke to Anna. She informed me that they released that employee after so many complaints came in. Anna was very professional, courteous and apologetic about the bad experience. I did go back to give them another chance and Anna did a beautiful job cutting my hair. The manager should reward Anna for working hard to convince me that, it is not their standard to wave people off, but rather to give good quality service to people. Thank you Anna!
I got my hair cut by Laura and it is the worst haircut I ever had. She didn’t even cut the hair on the left side of my head. She was done cutting my hair in less than 5 minutes. She coughed on me twice without covering her mouth or turning her head. She told me that she was sick. How about wearing a mask ? She argued with me that my hair was cut and finished. Do you shelf a favor and cut your own hair before going to this butcher shop.Service: Haircut
