Gege Hair Salon provides a safe, comfortable, and clean atmosphere that feels like home. The salon offers professional, kind, and patient service. Customers are very satisfied with their hair, noting it is beautiful, exactly what they wanted, and a total enhancement to their beauty. The braids, including large box braids and micro braids, are done well and look gorgeous and fantastic. Gege is described as professional, down to earth, fast, and the best. The staff provides excellent customer service. The salon itself is lovely with remodeled spaces, new furniture, work stations, and chairs. Appointments are honored on time, though some styles require patience as they can take many hours. This is the only braiding salon many long-term customers, some visiting for over ten years, will go to.
Visiting Gege hair salon was like home away from home from the moment I walked in. Gege was so professional, down to earth, patient, and very kind spoken. During my time spent the atmosphere was clean from the restroom throughout the entire salon.
The ultimate experience was my hair!!! Talk about a total enhancement to my beauty!!! I recommend anyone who wants an enhanced/elegant glow in a safe, comfortable atmosphere and environment.

9/17/21 UPDATE:
Had my usual appointment for Micro Braids with Edith. Was very pleasantly surprised at the remodeling done to the shop! New furniture, work stations, and chairs. It looks so lovely!
And my hair looks fantastic as always! And the usual excellent customer service by Gege and Edith! Love it!
I have been getting my hair braided at GeGe Hair Salon for 10 years now. GeGe and her sister Edith are the best! They show up on time and heads are done by when your appointment was made. I typically try to go in on a weekday because I get micro braids done. Microbraids take 8 to 10 hours, so be patient. I have seen some inpatient customers in the chair next...read full review
