Complete trash. No one answers the phone or responds back to an email. I’ve been trying for months/years to get my wedding photos from them and they keep blowing me off about it. I strongly urge the rest of you to stay away from Fred Fox, they don’t care about you and your big day, they care about your money. There are way better photography studios out there.

Would not recommend. Got married in 2020, took forever to receive our wedding video, had to keep reaching out to even get a response,and the video we got wasn't even edited. They took no time to make it look professional. Also reached out numerous times for a highlight video and never received a response or a highlight. Super disappointing when your wedding is supposed to be memorable

I'm going to stick to the facts- married in 2019, didn't get the photos until 18 months later. Video was ordered, it is now 2022 and has been 30 months since the wedding, they had payment in full far before the wedding, but we still don't have video. Countless emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. In person stop ins prove fruitless. Stay away, they have no interest in providing the actual product. Photos were subpar and blurry. My next stop is ABC I-Team.
