I’ve gotten my hair dyed her 3 times and cut so many times that I can’t even count. Catalina is so kind and I love going to her. I just went a few days ago for a balayage and i’ve been getting endless compliments on how good it looks!! I highly recommend.
I've been going here something like 14 years. It's family owned and operated. I've never had a bad experience. If there is something you don't love, just tell them and they'll try to fix.
In regards to the review that said something about the man too old to be working there: that's Catalina's husband and he's retired. He hangs out at the salon and takes phone calls, and her company during slower times. Nothing wrong with that
Awesome and super affordable! Definitely make an appointment through the phone. I love how Catalina gave me her opinion on cutting my hair and checked up on me making sure I was liking the results. I had a super short pixie cut and when I usually get my hair cut at other places I get stylists giving me dirty looks (I’m a masculine presenting person) but Catalina didn’t mind at all and was more than happy to do my hair fade! I recently moved to Schaumburg and I’ll definitely be coming here and only here from now on!!
