Bob Brandt assisted us with selling our house in 2021, and we are very glad that we chose to work with him. He wrote a detailed and compelling description of the property, priced the house accurately so that we received a full price offer, and took his own beautiful and professional-quality photos to get the house listed very quickly. Because we had already moved quite a distance away, Bob was also diligent about making sure the house was kept in great condition between showings. We had interviewed a couple of other agents who were perhaps a bit more "polished", but Bob was honest and kind and turned out to be the hardest working agent we ever had.
Bob did s great job of providing us the information we needed to determine the asking price. He was very helpful with thing that needed to be done to the home prior to showing. Kept us informed during the process. Overall very happy
