Honestly, I ran across a young man at the Jewel in North Center, and we were both approaching the checkout lanes at the same time and without hesitation he smiled and waved me through. He was younger and presumably more nimble, but he waved this old man through.

That's the type of employee I would want on my team, that's the type of company I would want to hire.
