Brian has been maintaining my roof since I purchased my home in 2012. With minor maintenance every few years, he has helped me extend the life of my existing roof ever since I purchased the home in 2012. The home was built in 2001. The last time Brian was here doing minor repairs, he thought I wouldn't need to replace the roof until 2030. You don't often see roofs lasting 30 years anymore. I highly recommend Strictly Shingles. Brian is terrific.
Replaced my roof in Apple Canyon Lake area for a great price along with replacing all roof vent caps / pipes. He also noticed missing insulation and filled in the gaps along with replacing rotting / warped plywood.
And beyond that, he fixed my wood stove chimney that was all messed up.
We have used Strictly Shingles a few times now for repairs to the roof of a home we bought a year ago. Brian and team have been fantastic each time, responsive via phone with any questions or status updates, professional and prompt, and clean up has been excellent.
