A big shout out of gratitude to this Walmart's automotive center! I got my oil changed at another place in my hometown yesterday. Today while heading down to Nashville my low oil warning light came on. We stopped at this Walmart and despite being super busy...they fixed our car and helped us get back on road. Our filter had a faulty o-ring. They sent someone to get a new one at autozone and got us all cleaned up and filled back up and on the road. Thank You!!!! So helpful and friendly!

Ran into an issue with another local Walmart refusing to help with a defective tire (not a roadside assistance issue; a defective tire wall issue). After being accused of lying about what happened 3 different times and then being told it wasn’t their problem, a phone call was made to Mark at Savoy Tire Dept and he was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes. No concerns, no allegations- a simple “well that’s not right, let’s get that fixed for you”. So very refreshing. Thank you for your kindness Mark!
