Stellar rating. I had symptoms of a detached retina on a Sunday. I called Chittick at opening on Monday and got scheduled for an emergency appointment 2 hours later with Dr. Prosser at their Danville location.
After diagnosis confirmed and half of my field of vision gone, it was quite a comfort to see Dr. Prosser and team apparently more concerned about my eye than I was - their obvious sense of urgency in locating the nearest available ophthalmologist for a prompt emergency procedure while comforting me with updates of their efforts was touching and deeply appreciated.

Dr. Witt knows his profession and explains his thoughts about my condition. He also explains his care plan and makes sure that I understand. When I have questions, he looks at me, gives his full attention, and answers in a way that I clearly understand.

Very professional crew at Chittick in Savoy. The office was clean and un cluttered. The ladies at the front desk very nice. Dr Witt was as nice as could be and explained my eye condition very well, in terms I could understand. Matthew was a very big help when it came time to pick out frames. He was very patient and helpful, as I changed my mind several times. He's a gem, you need to keep him!!! Overall, very impressed in the Savoy Chittick Eye Care.
