Avoid the big box stores!! I’ve tried ordering from Lowe’s and Home Depot. Every time my order date comes shipping is delayed. They had me waiting over a month for my appliances. I stopped in and left with the washer and dryer, I wanted that day! They are able to drop it off and install, they also offer disposal services for old ones. Lisa was amazing to work with and helped me understand all the different features that come with new appliances, not just the washer and dryer! We had a truck to take it home but forgot we needed straps to tie it down. No worries Lisa had us covered she let us BORROW her ratchet straps, like I said she’s amazing! I was shopping for a new laundry set. Lisa provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions, as well as sharing information I didn’t think to ask. My Maytag washer and dryer were delivered ahead of schedule. Removal of the old set, and set up of the beautiful new set was quick and professional. My laundry smells extra fresh with use of the laundry detergent Lisa recommended. I highly recommend shopping at Stebbins Appliance. Shop at your local hometown shop and support your local community.

Highly recommend! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to fix our washer the day of our appointment with parts they had in stock. Will definitely be using them again for any of our appliance repairs.
