EXCELLENT customer service! I will be referring all my friends and family their way! They were fast, efficient and so friendly! I called and spoke with them at 9 a.m. yesterday. Their office manager walked me through the dimensions I needed to get to them. After calling back with dimensions at 1 p.m. my glass was ready to go by 3 p.m. I'm hoping not to need any more glass panes replaced any time soon (????), but if it happens again I know who I'll be calling!
