David was very knowledgeable and professional. He not only fixed the problem, he also made sure I was satisfied with the maintenance he performed on my HVAC system. Anyone looking for HVAC service or repair, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND David for the work.
Wow, Dave is fantastic! Our furnace stopped working on this cold February night and he was so quick to help! Great, honest guy! Thank you! We will use Biermann to service/clean our furnace in the future!
20+ HVAC system went out - which was not unexpected - with a bad blower motor late in the middle of a Friday night (typical). Dave picked up the phone that night and he could have come right away but there was no part readily available. He did come the very next day after wholesale distributors opened. He replaced the motor quite inexpensively as he did not inflate the cost of the part as others do. He also replaced the control board as it was falling apart - another known problem. The bottomline is, that our unit has had a significant lifetime extension at a fraction of cost compared to other HVAC companies; a fraction close to 75%.
