The best company on the market. The work was done extremely professionally and with great precision. I’ve built many houses and have seen many companies on job sites, but never people like them. Everything was secured with foil and protected the way it’s supposed to be. They cleaned up so well that you’d never know anyone had been there. I also spoke with Raul — a very kind and helpful employee. Highly recommend!

I used Sereno’s Insulation to install a vapor barrier in my crawlspace and insulate my foundation walls and sill boxes with closed cell foam insulation.

The crawlspace was tight with multiple supports to contend with. The team completed the job without issue. I am extremely happy with the work completed and would recommend them to anyone looking to have closed cell foam insulation installed.

I would beware before using this service!

After the first day of service, our home was left a disaster. All of the dust from the insulation was everywhere--all over our bathroom to the point we had to have it deep cleaned--it was in the walls, curtains, sink, vanity, etc. The bathroom fan must have also fell off and they left it on the floor. A worker must have went to the bathroom in our bathroom and left our toilet seat up. Insulation was left all over the house, including in our bed (and we have 3 young children at home). They left several supplies scattered all over our garage (their masks, flashlight, tools, ore insulation, etc.).

And the most concerning part of all is that when we came home after the last day of work, our ceiling had been stepped through (hole in our celling). The workers or company did not inform us at all. We called the owner, and he showed up to look at the work. It was very clear this was done from someone stepping in the wrong spot during the work. Instead of apologizing and intending to fix it. He said that this was not their fault because he was out of town and our attic is not set up the right away. After some more arguing with him, he offered a $200 credit--we said absolutely not-you need to fix this immediately. After much back and forth, they did send someone out to fix it. However, they still expected for us to pay in full which I find a terrible business practice for a mistake this big.

I would use caution before using this service as there will be mistakes and they will not be willing to admit them nor do the right thing by offering a discount for their mistakes.

They showed up on time cleaned up and did what they asked in two days. Also, the inspector who came to look at it, complemented their work.

the sereno’s truck has been parked across the street and has been running and stinking for hours. inside my house it smells like this truck’s noxious fumes and im getting a headache. how long is this going to go on?

Sereno's crew came to my house to insulate my addition. I was unable to take the day off of work so I couldn't be there to make sure the project went well. I came home and saw that the rim joist spray foam was not applied to the top of the foundation wall, crawl space foundation wall insulation was poorly installed, Didn't fully apply the rockwool to the outside fireplace wall like it said in the contract, disconnected my camera inside my addition, and Also had holes in the foam around my Windows.. Company came out the next day to fix the issues but when I came home the exterior fireplace wall was still missing rockwool insulation and still had holes in foam around the windows. Then I started to notice trash around my property. Coffee cup on my boat cover. Bits of foam everywhere outside when I have toddlers and dogs that can eat the foam. Next day I was told the owner was at my house while I was at work. He was there a total of maybe 20 minutes and then left. I came home that night and still didn't put rockwool on the exterior wall and left huge amounts of foam everywhere around the windows and wall outlet boxes. I called the owner and he told me that the rockwool wasn't really necessary on the whole fireplace wall( even though it stated in the contract that the whole wall was to have rockwool. Not Rockwood behind the fireplace and fiberglass everywhere else). I also told him about the trash and he responded "really, you are going to be nitpicky like that." Um, yeah. You come to my house to do work I expect you to leave it in a clean condition when you leave. I shouldn't have to clean up after you. Then he proceeded to tell me that his guys will be back the next day to replace the fiberglass and told him that is unacceptable that it needed to be done that same day because they were already there for 3 days in a row and I couldn't keep pushing off drywall installation. That's when he proceeded to start swearing and yelling at me. I told him forget it and I'll fix it myself and hung up on me. I would have given them 5 stars for coming back right away and fixing the problems but they couldn't fix them in a timely manner but the owner horacio proceeded to swear and be extremely unprofessional and making up excuses for doing it right in the first place.

I wasn’t able to be around for our spray foam insulation job. Sereno’s agreed to send out a supervisor to oversee the work. The team nailed the work. Good quality result, cleaned up after themselves, and worked quickly.
