The whole staff at the Round Lake Beach store is great.
Most of them have cut my hair and beard, never an issue always helpful.
They are also aware and concerned about waiting times for the customers.
Your stylists are always so nice and are amazing at what they do. They are very personable and do a great job of listening to people while also giving ideas and advice on new haircuts, and I appreciate that.
Normally I'll get a pretty decent cut her. This time I came in without an appointment and was still able to get in relatively quickly. I was shocked at what happened next.Jojo was the most professional and methodical stylist I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Absolutely meticulous and technique driven.
