Anna is amazing! She's the best when it comes to detail and quality. Helen is amazing at designs. They are the only 2 nail techs I'll let do my nails. I only wish that they had a better system with their walk-in process or appointments. I have made an appointment and I've waited still 45 min. to even an hour and a half to get in the chair, at times even more than that. I've gone in as a walk-in and waited 30 minutes up to 3 hrs. That is the most frustrating part. It seems like they might take walk ins even though they have appointments booked. As a customer of many years, I'm used to it. I've been getting my mani/pedi here for 2 decades. Best prices and always great service. They offer many options, and if you bring in a pic, they can do it exactly the same. Their no chip really lasts for a long time, and I never messed them up, even with heavy cleaning chemicals, they don't smear or chip. Never go wrong with quality and prices compared to many places I've tried. I always come back to IL nails. ?
