I was not only back walking, bending and moving, but I was golfing throughout the entire summer with his physical therapy tactics and adjusting of the entire back. “I have been seeing Dr. John Bouma for over 15 years. He has always done an outstanding job of not only educating me and providing excellent adjustments, but also tailoring his approach to my specific needs.

About 4 months ago, Dr. Bouma recommended shockwave therapy for some of my minor injuries such as golfer’s elbow and rotator cuff pain. This has been a game changer for me.

I don’t work out as much as I used to, but I really enjoy pickleball. The Bouma girls have done an incredible job implementing the shock wave therapy as needed and I am able to recover must faster than ever before.
