Cannot recommend Elsa at this location enough. I had gotten a terrible haircut from the hairdresser I have been going to for years (no clue what happened there...), and went into Great Clips to see if they could try to fix it. Elsa did an amazing job. It's not perfect, but she did wonders to fix it as much as humanly possible without cutting off too much of my length. Elsa was very friendly and professional. I always come here to get my haircut, and they also know what I want! The cut never EVER hurts, and the staff are so nice! The waiting room is very comfortable, and the wait isn’t usually too long!! And whenever it is, it’s convenient for me because there are things to do right next door!

My kids hair turned out wonderful! Julio and especially Vasi were great! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately, Elsa who cut my hair, left it longer on one side, didn't cut it as short as I wanted it, or thinned it out as much as I wanted it, and cut my bangs in the middle of my forehead! Worst haircut ever.
