Dr. Ali was great! After years of going to last-minute-booking optometrist clinics, I was used to the general "routine" exam, mostly performed by office staff, and all the push for unnecessary tests. Dr. Ali was kind, personally examined my eyes, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions which was super refreshing. Staff got back to me right away with details about my insurance. Great follow-up to make sure I had the right prescription for me. Impressive....can't recommend a better eye doctor!

The experience we had with this office was not great. We tried to request a copy of my moms eye prescription to be mailed to her and after about a week we contact them and they hadn't moved forward and asked again. The copy of prescription arrived, and my mom had asked for me to order glasses for her. I inputted all the information ordered the glasses and when they came we realized she couldn't see through them. Low and behold, the office sent us SOMEONE ELSE'S prescription..with all of their information and address on it totally violating hippa. Now we didn't look closely enough before ordering and thats on us, but to be fair we did not expect anyone... read full review
