I was in need of a new furnace but I was not in a rush and Ridgeway Heating and Cooling was very knowledgeable and advised me that with proper maintenance the furnace had a couple years left. I ended up wanting a new furnace rather than maintaining an old one and they were very professional and polite when it came to getting a quote. They came the very next weekend to install the unit and the installers did a phenomenal job. We recently had a furnace installed by a local HVAC company and had problems with the furnace cycling on and off, we called the installer for service; however, after several service calls the problem continued. We were referred to Ridgeway Heating & Cooling by a friend, who said that if anyone could identify the problem and repair the furnace John from Ridgeway would be the guy. We called Ridgeway and John came out the next morning. I am delighted to report that after an inspection of the furnace and thermostat John determined that it was not the furnace or heat exchanger as previously suggested, it was the thermostat. I contacted Ridgeway Home Services after having issues with my furnace during one of the coldest days this winter. John came out that morning. He was very knowledgeable, able to quickly identify and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Definitely will contact again in the future. Highly recommend!
