Gc Realty is a great company to look for places for rent , quick response timeAnd there team is very nice and respectful . I recommend this place if you are having issues with low credit. I changed my mind at the last minute for personal reasons and they were able to refund me my money back . Thank you guys so much for all of your help.

These guys are unbelievably pheromonal! They are super responsive by phone and by email. They embody the principal of real estate as an investment and actively demonstrate efficiency and cost effectiveness. They show active respect for both me, the property owner, AND the tenants. They are honest and ethical. I cannot say enough good stuff about them. I live out of state. I have a single residential rental property in Woodstock, IL. The property manager I had been using was from Woodstock as I deliberately wanted someone who was near to the property. Huge mistake. I have lived in one of GC’s rental townhouse for 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences with the development and even more with the technicians that come out. Jeff has been out 2 times to our unit and has been the most friendly, positive and experience tech I’ve seen. Honestly 5 stars is too low of a scale for him! Thank you Jeff for always taking care of us!
