I've been working out with Mike for over a year now. He's helped me get into the best shape I've been in since high school, over 20 years ago. He's a great teacher and resource, always answering any and all of my questions, giving detailed explanations on why we're doing the workouts he plans and develops. His knowledge on lifting and fitness is second to none and through this knowledge, he helps you to achieve the results you're looking for when you first sit down and meet with him before signing up.I've recommended him to everyone I know whose looking for a gym and personal training in the area.Thanks Mike!
I asked The first waiter we had when we got to the area (who looked like he worked out) where to go for a trainer.Without hesitation he said: "The Gym in Roscoe is the best! Talk to Mike."
