Great results and a fun experience at The Gym. Mike is a great personal trainer with a huge amount of knowledge and can answer any questions. He holds me accountable and it's a very enjoyable experience. I like the 1 on 1 experience and how he explains everything to me. I've been going for 1.5 years and getting great results! Give him a try.
I wanted to get back in shape, but had no idea where to start. I’ve often not stayed consistent enough to see results. Thankfully, I started going The GYM and Mike. He has been a great trainer, keeping me consistent, helping me build a routine, and learn the best workout for me. I’m so happy with the results, and am grateful for Mike’s knowledge. He’s also got great taste in music. 5 stars!
So happy my husband and I signed up with Mike a few months ago. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and non judgmental, was hesitant at first due to neither one of us having a personal trainer. He is so good! Always dependable and flexible with scheduling our sessions.
