“Our 30 year old roof started to leak. I called three businesses for estimates. Chris came out gave me the lowest bid to replace roof, explained everything thoroughly and obtained the deal breaking shingle color I wanted. Materials, dumpster and crew arrived two days later and finished that day. Great job and clean up. I would definately recommend Shamrock!”
“Hired them to help do a job in Roscoe to repair missing fascia, exposed nails, missing ridge cap, seal up hole near the chimney and a few other small items. The sales rep Nick from the initial meeting was very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator , and super helpful in meeting the tight deadline I had to complete the work.
Nick was here the day the work was completed with Darin and both were professional and did quality work! The two completed the work in a very timely fashion.
Highly recommend Martin exteriors for honest, professional, and quality craftsmanship.”
“XL Contracting did a fantastic job with our new gutters and soffit. Their attention to detail and follow up was exceptional. After every major storm they made and effort to see if there has been any damage. I highly recommend XL Contracting.”
