BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I/we strongly believe in giving companies a chance to "do things right" and treat customers with respect; but Martin Exteriors was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had in working with a home repair/improvement company. It started out okay; but once our deposit check was cashed we were left in a holding period with no phone calls, no communication, missed appointments, and disrespect. After several calls to the main office voicing our concerns we finally received a call from a "manager" who appeared to feel bad and voiced that our job was literally "forgotten" about.
