“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. “This was a hidden gem for facials not far from home! Danielle (the owner and aesthetician) is very nice and informative. It was nice that the basic facial here can be customized for different skin types such as sensitive skin. She used products from Hale & Hush and Skin Script which were all agreeable to my skin, and gave me some samples to use at home. The treatment room was very peaceful, with an Aurora borealis projector throwing soft waves of color across the ceiling, but it was also decorated for Halloween, since it's October, which was fun! Overall, excellent skincare at an affordable price. I'll be back.“

“I’ve been seeing Oriana for custom facials consistently for the past couple years and she has absolutely changed my skin for the better. “My husband and I had a very good experience with Hand and Stone. After a hiccup in scheduling the first appointment, the manager, Lisa, was very nice and helpful. She invited us back and when we returned for our massages, both the massage therapists did a great job. Both Savannah and Haley greeted us, had a good understanding of what we needed, and were very nice and professional. Savannah was my therapist and she was very attentive to the areas of my back that needed to be loosened up. Haley did a great job for my husband’s massage too. Lisa was at the front desk afterwards to check on us and make sure we had a good experience. The front desk staff were wonderful too. They obviously care about what they do and value their customers. I would recommend Hand and Stone and will return again in the future.“

He can accurately touch the stiffness of my shoulders and neck, and the strength will also be communicated in advance, and there will be no sense of discomfort at all. There was no promotion in the whole process. The environment was clean and quiet, and the smell of aromatherapy was particularly soothing.
