What a great group of people. We went on a Saturday which was pretty busy. We did not feel rushed and when we needed help we had a dedicated rep, Joe, who took as much time with us as needed. Very helpful at answering any question big or small. Huge selection of beautiful stone. Greg was super friendly and helpful the day we went to choose our exact slabs. Don't pass Primus up when looking for your countertop needs!

I never hardly ever write reviews, but my experience getting new countertops and a matching full height backsplash warrants a 5 star review for Primus, and specifically Greg who helped me. I went there not knowing quite what I wanted. Greg took the time to talk to me, look at my samples and showed me options. He was very patient and friendly and explained the pros and cons of the different slabs and different materials. I fell in love with Taj Mahal quartzite and stood there doing nothing but looking at it for like an hour, until I was sure.
