I wanted to get a fence for our Doggies, and secure the perimeter of the backyard, with so many fencing places, I decided to call a couple of them, I called a very popular place in DeKalb, that many people recommended while I will not mention the name of that place, I will tell you this it was so unprofessional, on the estimate meeting the man, that I was hesitant to call anyone, else, I was talking with my wife, and explained I had my doubts, through the latter part of the day I was doing some cleaning and noticed I had a very old ad from almost 3 years ago, from this company, something I saved, I pursued the call, and they started to talk with me, as I wasn't in so much for the formalities, as I am working for a service company myself, the owner happened to be in, and grabbed the call, I explained what I was looking for, and I liked his attitude, he was straight to the point, so we met on my property, he measured it all out, and after talking price with him and the terms me and my wife decided to pull the trigger. We got the crew to come out I met them and the head guy running the 5-6 men that were out, was also to the point, and I like that, they started at 9:30 and left at 5:30 I put in a 6 ft 300 ft vinyl fence and it is beautiful. I also watched from time to time on the cameras from my work office and everyone was about their business from what I saw, there was literally no extra mess to clean, and I will say for a construction site I was impressed. I had another buddy come over and check to see what he thought about the fence, and he also said looked great, and solid, being in the service industry people are always going to complain, most are sincere, but some take advantage, I cannot speak for anyone but me and my wife's experience with this company, and tell you it was a very smooth process, thank you to both tina and Gina, very nice on the phone. I would encourage people to do business with them, and not listen to all these bad reviews the company as I saw works hard, and is honest as I can see I have a 3-year warranty on the fence and 1 year on my gate, we are both very happy thank you Northwest we will be sharing with our friends.!!!
I talked to Gina at Northwest Fence Company. They had installed my mom's vinyl fence in 2014. It has held up perfectly and still looks brand new. With ground settling and freezing and thawing in Chicago, it's natural for gate latches to slightly change over the years. I told Gina my mom has cancer and she was stressed because the landscapers don't close the gate because it wasn't latching and the dogs were getting out. She literally had Tony from Northwest at my mom's house the next morning to adjust the gate latch. I couldn't have asked for better service. I really appreciate their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Northwest to anyone in Chicago. The fence still looks gorgeous after 8 years!!!
