On Friday afternoon my water heater went out, and I started calling plumbers on Saturday morning with the goal of getting my nice warm water back by the end of the day. I was able to get three appointments set up with three different plumbers- one for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, but I was still determined to find someone who would come out that day. I was thrilled when Neighborhood Rooter Express said someone could be there within a few hours.

Brady Sr and Jr were honest and helpful with a difficult problem we had at one of our rentals. We had a vent stack that needed to be checked for a blockage through the roof. They are one of the few places in Joliet that was actually willing to go on the roof to do so. While they couldn't quite reach the roof access, they found another way to find and clean out the blockage. The bloackage was unfortunately too stubborn for their tools to fully clear but they were super helpful regardless. They even discounted the service since the situation was so tricky.
