If I could I would give 0 stars. I understand when making appointments someone or I could make a simple mistake. Meaning putting the wrong reason for the visit. Everything online these days could be confusing. I go to this clinic, sick with an illness and the doctor turned me away explaining I put the appointment reason wrong so she wouldn’t be able to see me. What a pathetic excuse for a doctor. I’ve never had any issues with Walgreens and their Advocate clinic until today.

Called to make an appointment and specifically asked if they take my blue cross blue shield PPO. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with a lady telling her my insurance ID and all of my other information. She told me it was covered. It wasn’t until I called to check in that they told me my insurance is “out of network”. Waste of my time and money.

Clinic was ‘closed’ with no details. I guess it’s too difficult to say ‘on lunch until...’Advocate has no idea what’s happening in the clinics and cannot advise on when they lunch.So you’re just stuck waiting for possibly an hour. So ridiculous!
