First time using Phoenix after quitting 30-year customer relationship with a service provider who was gobbled up by a private equity firm. It was a pleasure to have someone who simply serviced my AC units without trying to sell me something!! Great start — Alex was professional and thorough.
I requested a second opinion on the condition of my furnace and air conditioner after another company recommended replaceing them both as a resilt of my cooling tune up. Technician was clearing paid commissions! Alex K did and excellent job reviewing the system. He pointed out a couple things that could use attention and investigated if he could get the manufacturer to cover under warranty. After finding out warranty had expired, he recommended leaving them alone and we'll monitor at each seasonal service.
