My mother prepaid, preplanned for her cremation. The ability to make a single call and know it would all be taken care of made a hard time so much easier than it could have been. My mother had pre arranged her end of life cremation. When she passed Neptune Society took over from beginning to end and did so with compassion and caring. They also have been very supportive to myself as I navigate through this difficult time. They have made the journey easier on me so I have the opportunity to grieve my mom without all the details. They took care of it all. I will forever be grateful to them for all they've done during and since this difficult time.
