“A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer.
