Had a great experience every appointment I’ve come to so far Everyone is super nice and super helpful in answering all of my questions. And believe me, I ask a lot of questions! Dona is super friendly as are all of the other assistants. Dr. Patel did a great job on my surgery and the scar was way smaller than I thought it would be initially. It’s been two months since I’ve had it done. I’m very pleased with the results thus far. They recommended I do scar tape to get the skin color back to match the rest of my forehead, and hopefully will bring down the swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaval Patel of The Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery if you need a plastic surgeon for blepharaplasty for your lower eye lids. And, I must say that his staff is lovely and very welcoming.
I felt comfortable with Dr. Patel as soon as I met him. I knew, after googling him, that he has more than 16 years of experience and fabulous training, but I still was a bit worried about whether he could tackle my problem, which was a challenging one. I had a large amount of hard, unsightly, scar tissue from an infection under the skin, under one of my eyes and I wondered if Dr. Patel would be able to remove it.
