    I cant say enough great things about this studio. You can find traditional Bikram here as well has numerous other classes to fit anyones needs. ALL of the teachers here have tremendous knowledge in what they do and how to help each individual that walks through the door.

    Hot Pilates has honestly been one of the best decisions for me!!! 🤍
    I go to every class with pleasure, and the atmosphere is always so motivating. I’m already noticing changes in my body and overall well-being, which makes me even more excited to keep going 😉

    I usually come for the 90-minute 26&2 Hot Yoga, but recently I’ve branched out and tried Pilates, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga Sculpt. I’ve typically avoided Pilates because of surgical reconstruction on the toes of my right foot, but decided to give it another shot … and I’m glad I did. The instructors were incredibly supportive, offering helpful modifications for planks and other movements so I could participate comfortably.

    Drip is a friendly, welcoming studio with fantastic classes and knowledgeable instructors. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!!
