Today I could not connect to the internet with my desktop computer. Through Yelp they were the first to respond to my description of the problem I was having. Richard then sent me instructions to fix the solution on my own and it worked. All he wanted for his services was a Yelp review in return. Highly recommended and I will certainly get in touch with them again for any future computer needs.

I have been a customer of Christensen Computer Company since 2008. Over the years they have completely satisfied my personal computer needs in an excellent manner. They have provided technical support as I transitioned through Windows 98, XP, 07, and most recently Rich Lopez replaced by hard drive and installed Windows 10. I am very impressed by his professionalism and technical expertise.Moreover, besides Rich Lopez, I am also impressed with all the CCC Team at the Rolling Meadows facility that I had contact with: Mr.and Lisa Carlson and Chris.
