Today Chuck A. performed my AC check. He is efficient and helpful answering all my questions with confidence. Everyone at the company is helpful when I have to call or ask a question.
Routine maintenance and tune up of the AC unit plus water heater flush. Maintenance of AC was part of the club package. Water heater flushing was reasonably priced. Chuck was knowledgeable, efficient and did a very good job explaining things.
We have used American Star for many years and have never been disappointed with repairs and maintenance. Joe, Dan and Taiyo installed a new furnace, a/c unit and thermostat. They were on time, polite and professional! Upon completion of the install, they reviewed everything with us along with answering our questions. They are awesome techs/representatives for American Star. Thanks again Joe, Dan and Taiyo!
