Decades in business and their product is still 25% time not working. As a general reminder , 99.99% of any product on the market works well whilst in its warranty period. But you won't see this with their equipment which is made to be faulty so their techs (the only authorized repairmans for these devices) can capitalize on it. This company makes about 25% of all their income through repairs, imagine that! Yeah, I would not recommand!

So I was a former employee and was there for 2 years and 6 months. They had done a lay off once already in 2025 and the buzz was starting about a second round of lay offs possibly coming. Well I was part of that second round and a huge group of people got terminated on May 1, 2025. I was the last person they brought to the conference room where they had already started the conversation about what was happening and what they were offering. My daughter liked working there, but when she had been emited to the hospital for 3 months, they refused to pay any short or long term disability.
Obviously, the personnel office didn't care to help at all.
