“The ugly storms we had from April - June 2026 did quite a lot of damage to our home: roof, gutters/downspouts, and siding. Adam from Shamrock not only came out to take stock of the damage, he also went to bat for us with State Farm to get the funds to pay for it.
We were the first house in our subdivision to get everything done and cleaned up, and they did a tremendous job.
Also appreciated that Adam was willing to work with us to deal with an active sparrow nest. Mom has been there for a few years now - it’s her spot, and she had babies, and he was willing to give us a hand to temporarily relocate her until the work was completed.“

“We had them replace a 45-year-old AC Unit. It was so old, they had to have a place in Texas rebuild the unit. It took 3 and a half months. They purchased 2 brand new portable units for our bedroom and living room right away for us to use in the mean time. It saved us big time, as it was a very warm summer in 2022. We could not have been happier with their service and salesman Dave. We had 5 different estimates, Dave went over many details to help us decide what to do. Not one of the other guys asked us a thing. Their price was actually on the lower end of all of them. It was a hard job, due to the age and location as we also have a boiler. “Our pipes blew under our sink. We decided to remodel our bathroom as long as the sink and cabinet needed replacing. We called several places, two came out but we never heard back from them. We called American Kitchens and Bath and they were here the next day. We worked with Jessica and I needed a handicapped walk-in shower as well. Jessica helped with storage solutions, colors, types of walk-in showers, handicapped accommodations, types of flooring etc. Thanks to Jessica and Gerry their Contractor, we have a beautiful new Primary bathroom with plenty of storage and the accommodations I needed to stay safe. My bathroom looks like a spa now! This is a tiny bathroom in a double-wide and they are very experienced with what will or won't work in a manufactured home. And, all products are Made in America! This was a great experience and will use them again when I'm ready to remodel our kitchen.“
