Versatile Hairstyles is great customer service and friendly staff. The business is shampoo & conditioning and the professional staff is well knowleged in hair care. The place is very nice with a calmness and peace vibe in the salon. A polite young lady walk a client to the vehicle with an umbrella. The owner and operator is the best and the staff is very friendly. Client been a client for over a year and will be returning. Client like to make bi‑weekly appointment and will drive to the salon again.
I am new to Rockford. I found Versatile online.. I was very satisfied with everything. I had an appointment Sat. Aug. 13 with Angela. I will be returning because I like vibe. There's a feeling of peace & calmness in the Salon. Angela is very professional in knowledge of hair care. I like that. It was raining after my appointment & a very polite young lady to the time to walk me to my vehicle with an umbrella. Definitely going to recommend "Versatile Hairstyles".
Rea did my hair about 2 months ago. I've since moved to woodstock. She was so great I'm looking to make an appointment to drive to Rockford to get my hair done again and maybe even make steady bi-weekly appts, if possible
Nice & clean establishment. Hair stylist's make you feel very comfortable. They let you know step by step what they're doing to your hair. Will be booking another appointment!! ?
