Worst builder in America. Long story short, we had to get a lawyer for them to fix issues that were solely their responsibility, not to mention covered under the builder warranty. We had their warranty team in our kitchen where they said “We agree there’s an Issue but it’ll cost us too much to fix”. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, and poor quality. I honestly believe that a high school construction class has better quality work. If you are looking at purchasing a home through Three Hammer Construction, I strongly encourage you to turn and run as fast as possible. One thing I don’t understand with this company, is why they put all of the heating vents below the windows???? Do like making there customers paying more in the long run????

I strongly advise against engaging with this company. My family made a substantial investment in a home from them over two years ago, totaling nearly $500,000. Regrettably, they have failed to complete the necessary warranty work within the agreed-upon timeframe and have repeatedly attempted to delegate the responsibility of following up with their subcontractors to us. We are currently facing issues such as a leaking kitchen sink, cracked countertops, and deteriorating deck wood, all of which should not be occurring after just two years.
