Renting an apartment from them right now. So far, so good. I am getting a great price on a pretty nice place in a prime location. Paperwork and move-in process was super easy. Their online rental platform has helped me automate my rent payments and find renter's insurance.

If I had one (small) complaint it would be that the property manager is not always super responsive. But so far I've only had minor issues, and everything does get addressed. (I'll update my review if that experience changes!)

I cannot even begin to express my fantastic experience with Kathy Hulleberg. She went above and beyond. She did her homework and never missed a beat. Excellent communication skills and response times. Extremely dependable. Such a positive and uplifting attitude. In the future, I will use a Kathy for all of my real estate needs.
