Bob is the sweetest ever!!! I got my conch pierced back in January and come February I was in a bad rollover accident and lost the piercing. It was my favorite piercing and my sister knew I was bummed about it so she took the initiative to contact Bob and let him know the situation and he offered to re pierce it. Very much respect for Bob and his establishment!!
