They have a really nice staff and once you're an established patient they even have some services available on a walk in basis. They have dentistry they have behavioral health they have family practitioners etc they're also affiliated with the hospital so they can even control your care by coinciding with the hospital and pharmacy they will even help you find a pharmacy that accepts your insurance. The only complaint is if you miss an appointment or want to reschedule you might have to wait a few weeks or a month before the next appointment.
Swedish American Labor and delivery unit
Came in at 28 weeks and 6 days pregnant on Friday for bleeding Dr Gladdin, Nurse Sam, Nurse Cori, and Nurse Simone honestly the whole staff I have came in contact with treated me like a person and really listened to what was going on with my pregnancy my body and my history my ob is with OSF but just in case baby boy came early I would need the nicu Swedes listened, heard, and truly helped me and I was actually given results to what was going on with me and not said oh it’s just a weird part of pregnancy and dismissed despite me being a chatter box and sometimes a nuisance to my nurses at times the Swedes staff exceeded...read full review
