Jose was very professional and on time with everything, he responded quickly with an estimate and started the next day with fans, mold removal, plaster removal, insulation removal and overall remediation. His crew was respectful, kind, and always on time. They were helpful when moving the furniture and items that needed to be protected, his crew worked very hard and performed clean and professional painting, drywall installation, mold removal, plaster removal, trim replacement, and insulation replacement. The ceiling of the kitchen in my first floor apartment was recently destroyed due to a leak in the apartment above mine. Not only was the kitchen ceiling destroyed, but the carpet in my living room and hallway were also completely soaked. My apartment manager contacted Servpro to deal with the water damage. I found them to be extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! I was impressed with their work ethic and their thoroughness. I was very impressed with excellent work done by Serv Pro. Not only were the employees masterful in the difficult task that my water problem in my lower level entailed but they were also very courteous, friendly men always arriving on time and continuously put much effort in all they did. All was greatly appreciated.
