Rockford Hvac Services installed a new HVAC system for my elderly mom during the warm season. When the weather turned cold in Rockford, she was not able to switch the thermostat over to heat. I was out of town and trying to help her over the phone, but it was difficult. Pedro quickly arranged for Scott to come out, work through heavy traffic, and get the heating system running properly. He also reprogrammed the thermostat so it would be simple for her to change between heating and cooling settings. It was really refreshing to get such great customer service and skilled HVAC help. I have so many good things to say about the team and the quality of their work. A+++++++
I called the main line and explained the furnace issue. Rockford Hvac Services gave me helpful troubleshooting advice over the phone first so I could try to avoid a service visit and save money. When it was clear the heating problem was beyond what I could safely handle, I called back and they arranged for a repair technician to come to my home within a couple of hours.
