Our son's family have been in their house for a year and living without air conditioning. This summer has been too much for a window AC unit and the base board heating system prevents just adding central air. We got 3 estimates for a 3 zone mini-split system including Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike Buckner came to walk the project and evaluate the need. Mike was great to work with, answering all our questions, suggesting location of units, and promptly sending a detailed proposal for Carrier equipment. Outstanding service - highly recommend!
After repeated issues and unhelpful visits from another company (Allen heating & cooling), I called Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning, and the difference was incredible. Nick was the technician who came out - he was prompt, professional, and took the time to actually investigate the problem.
He removed the cover, did a proper inspection, and immediately found the real issue: dirty coils. A simple fix, but something the other company missed entirely after two visits.

Our blower unit failed this evening the night before 4th of July. Faced with 4 days of 90 degree temps we called the 24 line and within 15 minutes we had a tech at the house. The 24 hour line operator was easy to talk to and quick to get all the necessary information. The tech was professional, intelligent, and friendly and installed a new motor very quickly. My family will now be comfortable and be able to enjoy the holiday.
